Leak Detection Maintenance Services

EGA offers its customers an add-on service to provide regular maintenance of their Bacharach leak detection equipment. Preventive maintenance should be performed on at least an annual basis to help ensure your store stays compliant with applicable federal and state emissions regulations, ensure you equipment is operating at 100% and ultimately extend the lifespan of your equipment.

EGA’s service includes all of the following:

• Visual inspection of monitor and air sample tubing
• Check all voltages & internal wiring terminations and connections
• Internal Filters Replaced
• Check that end of line filters are clean and in place
• Gas test of the IR sensor using Bacharach gas verification kit
• Efficacy check of monitor
• Firmware upgrade to latest available version as applicable
• Confirm programming & adjust back to suggested specifications as required
• Confirm relay operation for local alarming and through EMS system
• Perform monitor service mode test
